The Sugar Beach B2 condo, now known as "Beach Bound," was purchased in the early 1980's by the Petersen family, before the construction of the condominium was even complete. The children often talk about how they would run through the walls before they were finished.

After the passing of their parents, Kathy and Terry Petersen, three of the children took over the ownership of the condo. Now, Beach Bound is a second home to three children and their spouses, and eight grandchildren.
